How much is shipping?

Yes.

We offer FREE UK shipping with delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.

UK Express shipping is available at £4.69 with 1 to 2 business day delivery time.

Our EU shipping flat rate is £12.50 with estimated delivery time 5 to 6 business days.

Who I be charged Tax & Duties?

All UK orders will be Tax and Duty Free.

EU orders will be charged tax and duties by their local authorities. This charge is not handled by RWT and will be on top of the purchase price.

What if I don't receive my product?

If you do not receive your product within the estimated delivery time please contact info@remoteworktech.net. We will then immediately check your shipment and notify you with an update straight away.

Do your products have a Guarantee?

Yes. All RWT products have a 12 month guarantee.

What is your Refund & Returns policy?

What happens after I order a product?

Once we receive your order and payment confirmation we will immediately start to process and ship your package.

We process orders within 24 hours and will then notify you as soon as the item has been sent out for shipment.

You will be given a delivery tracking number so you know where your product is at anytime.
